K&W Hay Co (“K&W,” “we,” “us”) sells hay and feed from our barn at 4920 Fairview Rd, Millsap, TX 76066. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit kwhayco.com, contact us, or respond to one of our ads, and how we use it.

Information you give us

When you call, text, or email us, or fill out a form (including a contact form in one of our Google ads), we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address, and what you’re looking for. We use this only to answer your questions, give you prices, and set up your pickup.

Information collected automatically

Our website uses Google tags and cookies (including Google Ads and Google Analytics) and WordPress.com site statistics. They help us understand how visitors use the site, measure whether our ads lead to calls, texts, or visits, and show our ads to people who have visited the site. These tools may collect details such as your device and browser type, the pages you view, and your approximate location. You can manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com and read how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

How we share information

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (for example Google, our phone and text providers, and our website host), or when the law requires it.

Text messages

If you text us, we use your number to reply to your request. Message and data rates may apply. If you’d rather we not text you, just tell us.

How long we keep it

We keep contact details only as long as we need them to help you and for normal business records.

Your choices

You can ask what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by calling (682) 532-3840 or emailing kwhayco@yahoo.com.

Children

Our website isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
